CGI use on the server

[Mark on GCI Server]

Hey all,
  Got a question in the use of Perl CGI scripts on a Linux Server. I've got
everything setup and it works, however, when I try to do a post on the cgi
script, I get the following error,

Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /cgi-bin/remail.cgi.

Any ideas?
