SSH v. OpenSSH

I'm trying to decide which SSH implementation to use: the commercial SSH
(www.ssh.com) or the Open (www.openssh.org) implementation. What factors
should be considered? I'm trying to think of security (frequency of bugs,
and the appropriate fixes) as well as protocol support (v1.5 and v2??).
Licensing is another touchy subject. I don't plan to use it for commercial
purposes, so it appears that both implementations can be used gratis.
What other factors should be considered? Which version do you use? And
