IPChains redirect

Seeking Enlightenment,
Right now I use a DOS/WINNT app called fpipe (www.foundstone.com) to do TCP
redirect/forwards. It sucks, it is clunky, drops connections and runs under
windows.
I want something more stable, can I use IPChains to do a TCP
redirect/forward? for example:
(Client) <-------TCP------> (10.0.0.10 -LinuxBox- 10.1.1.10)
<------TCP------> (www.google.com)
If (Client) connects to 10.0.0.10 via (http://10.0.0.10) he gets google's
web page
If (www.google.com) does a (netstat -an) he sees 10.1.1.10 connecting to him
All being done thru the linux box.
I am going to move my mail server to a new location and use this while I
wait for DNS changes to propagate.
Have you done something similar before?
TIA,
-Nate
