That may be, but I have not had much luck switching between DHCP
and static IPs without rebooting.  Is there some trick to it besides 
changing 
	/etc/sysconfig/network
	/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
and bringing the network down and up again?
I''ve tried that I don't know how many times without success,
although it reboots just fine after the switch.

Am I missing a step?
