This unsubscribe request was dealt with directly, but for the larger 
audience who is too lazy to look this up before spamming out to the list, 
here it is from the C&C web page for listproc:

Send a message to listproc at u.washington.edu (not the list!) with this 
line:

unsubscribe listname

Thats it.  There is also a web page that you can use to add and remove 
yourself from lists, but this is the standard method that works with all 
UW listproc lists.
