has both a picture of my desktop running with GTK2+BlueCurve,
and a .tar.bz2 with both binaries and hacked-up Makefiles for the theme
engines.  (The Redhat distribution of these files is RPM-only and
requires Qt to build, and I use Debian so both of those annoy me.)
