Hi,

I'm in the iSchool as well, but I'm an MLIS student.  I've installed Linux
several times on my own computer, but it was mostly Mandrake (I tried
installing Debian woody but haven't had time to actually tweak the install
and make it work).  I would be happy to help as much as I can.

I can help lobby to get space in MGH.  MGH has a wireless network, but
unfortunately there tend to be rather few ethernet jacks, at least in the
rooms I've been in.  (Labs are an obvious exception.)
