Hmmm... I'm tempted to tell them that the security threat is
indeed extreme, so extreme that the tech. support in Econ should
immediately replace one of their windows "boys" with a linux "man"
(gender irrelevent) to attend to the crisis before the network is
hopelessly compromised. :)

Realistically, I'll make sure *my* computer is secure (thanks in advance,
Robin), and then give them a neutral version of what I've learned here. I
do want to keep the "support" in tech. support, fwiw. <grin>
