I hope you're not *assuming* that you can get 512k speeds from your
physical location.  I can't from where I live, even though I "qualified" 
for a 1Mb line from Speakeasy.  Are you suggesting you've found local 
co-lo for $100 or less, and not hosting?  I'd like to know more about 
*that*.

|If you don't include the Telco fees than under $100 is doable, I was 
|getting Blarg's 640x640 SOHO dsl for $50.  Of course the Qwest line 
|(POTS and DSL service) cost me ~90.  I don't believe there is any way 
|to get the service and line charge below $100 if you want a 512k upload.
