[linux] Has anyone setup a MythTV pvr?

I'm thinking of getting a PVR soon.  Originally I had planned on just 
using a TiVo but looking at MythTV makes me think I might want to try 
the linux way.  Has anyone done a MythTV PVR setup with TV out?  It 
looks like the Hauppauge PVR-350 is the way to go for tv in and out.  
But I haven't looked into the rest of the components.  Does anyone have 
a current setup that works well?
