Well I've used 6.7.0 on gentoo for a while now, basically ever since
XFree decided to go it's "own" way. I installed 6.8.0 few weeks ago and
it's been running just fine.
The big news with 6.8.0 is the new composite extentsion and TRUE
transparency. It looks pretty awsome I'm just waiting for MetaCity to
have a working, mean non-buggy/stable, version that supports all these
new features.
