[linux] history of uwlug?

The history is that students come and students go, and to be an official
RSO you need to have students willing to register the group. The Linux
list, while originally created for the LUG has continued to live on even
during when the RSO doesn't.

I'd like to see students take interest the group again and start holding
regular meetings. I'll lend a hand what ever way I can to provide
suggestions or even bring in speakers to cover topics. Students need to
be the ones in charge of forming the RSO though and booking space.
