[Mathmajors] childcare assistance program application deadline (fwd)

The Childcare Assistance Program is a financial aid program designed to
help graduate and undergraduate students located at the Seattle campus pay
for child care costs. Assistance is awarded annually, and is based on
financial need. The annual deadline for the 2005-2006 award year is MAY
31, 2005. Applications received after this date are considered only as
funds become available throughout the year.

Applications are available on-line at
www.washington.edu/ovpsa/childcare,or in the Childcare Assistance Office
at 482/483 Schmitz Hall. For more information, please call (206) 543-1041
between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
