[Mathmajors] Math Tutoring Opportunity and need

BE GREAT, GRADUATE is seeking volunteer tutors!   Be Great, Graduate is a
new Boys & Girls? Club program that offers academic support for Bellevue
School District middle and high school students at high risk of dropout.
We are currently seeking volunteer tutors in our highest need areas:
mathematics, chemistry, biology, and physics.  

Schedule: One or more hours per week during our after-school tutoring
programs Monday through Friday, 3-8 PM (see flyer or ask for tutoring
schedule).  

Location: Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue?s Teen Excellence Center, Lake Hills, Bellevue
15230 Lake Hills Blvd Bellevue, WA 98007  

Responsibilities:
* Tutor middle and high school students in high need
areas: mathematics, biology, chemistry, and physics
* Help teach program members study and organizational skills

Minimum Qualifications:
* Sufficiently deep knowledge high school level mathematics and
sciences
* Ability to work with middle school and high school students in
a caring and confident manner
* Tutoring and education experience preferred but not required
