and covers all sessions for the academic year of 2007-2008.  Acceptable
forms of payment are: check (made out to the University of Washington) and
credit/ debit card.

research data in order to reach appropriate treatment decisions

Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing
medical education for physicians.

 

The University of Washington School of Medicine designates this educational
activity for a maximum of 43 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsT.
