I am trying to borrow the following document from the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES).
Resolutions of the Conference of the Parties to CITES that remain in effect after the 10th meeting, Harare, Zimbabwe, 09-20/06/97.

The attorney who needs the publication knows that the resolutions are on the CITES website, but she needs the analysis this document provides.
