NHC subscribers,

I am recommending that we limit postings to NHC to subscribers. I have
found out from our Computing & Communications that any postings that come
from nonsubscribers would be sent to me for review and I could then decide
to post to the list if the message is appropriate. The other option is to
make the list "moderated" which means that I would have to review all
postings before they get sent out to everyone. It seems to me the former
is a better option (and less work for me) than the latter. What do you
all think?
