We have been able to locate this journal volume and year here in Germany
or in Europe. Yes, it is listed in the Z39.50, but the holding library
will not supply outside the USA, even for cash!

A photocopy sent as PDF file is our first choice but a copy sent via mail
is also quite acceptable. Thankyou!
