NIBEN - "REPLY TO" INSTRUCTIONS

Some of you have been receiving email messages from other members' 
questions, commands, and statements.  I understand that it is becoming a 
nuisance for most of you.

In order to prevent this,  please contact the person and/or office listed 
in 1 GLOBE.  If not, please email me personally.  My email address is 
<clairelu at u.washington>.  Please do not send any email messages to all the 
NIBEN members subscribed to the list.  

Another way to avoid this is to select "NO" (hit "N")  when your email 
account ask you YES or NO to "REPLY TO" each time you send your message. 
Most of you made this error and your message was sent to everyone.
