Dear Friend of IBEAR/CIBEAR:

IBEAR Executive Programs at the University of Southern California is
pleased to offer Registration Awards for non-USC faculty to attend the
1999 Asia/Pacific Business Outlook conference.

Funded by a U.S. Department of Education grant to the Marshall School's
Center for International
Business Education and Research (CIBEAR), these awards provide recipients
with a unique chance to join 300 American executives in learning about
current business opportunities and issues in the Asia/Pacific region.
For further information, please refer to www.ibear.com/iep.

Ten awards are available this year, each covering the conference
registration fee. Awards are made to faculty who have limited budgets to
support development of their international business expertise. Please
review the attached information regarding award criteria and application
procedures and send your application letter of interest and supporting
documentation,
by February 5, 1999 to:
 IBEAR Executive Programs
