The Forum for Urban Studies in Asia, a research cluster funded by the Simpson Center for the Humanities, University of Washington, invites you to a talk
"Harnessing Growth: Towards Graphing the Future of India's Cities"
by Dr. Vikramaditya Prakash, Professor of Architecture, University of Washington.
A presentation and discussion on the exploding urban centers of South Asia by Dr. Prakash will be followed by a light reception.
Steaming Samosas and Chai will be served.
Dr. Prakash is the author of Chandigarh's Le Corbusier: The Struggle for Modernity in Postcolonial India, as well as an edited collection of essays on South Asian urbanism.
