Regional vs. National service pin apps

Hey PACURH,

There have been some questions regarding the NACURH(national) 4 yr pins and 
the PACURH(regional) 3,4,and 5 yr pins.  The apps for each are different so 
please read below.

The NACURH 4 year service pins are for residents involved in 4 years of 
service and are due postmarked by APril 1rst to:

These pins are different than the Regional 3,4, and 5 year pins.  The apps for 
the regional pins will be coming out shortly (after April 1rst).  These apps 
will not be due until later.  Traditionally, it has been possible to bring the 
pin apps to the conferences and turn them in there.  I have no problem with 
this as long as they are turned in at the first PACURH regional meeting (no 
exceptions).  Remember that the forms will have to be signed by the 
reciepient, NCC and Advisor, so if any of those three are not attending the 
conference then you need to have them filled out before you get there.
