Hello Frogs:

With the new academic year approaching I would like to find out if
anyone out there would be interested in sitting on the Regional OTM
Committee. This group of individuals is permitted access to read all of
the OTMs submitted each month at a regional level. They then have the
opportunity to vote on the OTM from each category that they would like
to send on to the national OTM committee. 

There is not a large time comitment with this position, but you are
expected to read the OTMs each month and place a vote. Monthly reminders
will go out prior to the voting to make sure you are following through
with this. If you think you might be interested in being a part of this
great chance to have a say in the region's OTMs, please let me know. I
will be taking names of those interested for the near future. When a
group of dedicated individuals has been established I will get out
information to you about the criteria for voting and how to make your
vote count. 

I anticipate a high volume of OTMs during the next year and I would
love to have you on board as a commited member of the Regional OTM
Committee. Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon.
