* News Bulletin Regarding The Submission Of OTM Awards Within The PACURH
Region

Hey PACURH:

I bet you thought that Of The Month awards could only be submitted by
schools that have National Residence Hall Honrary Chapters.
Well....YOU'RE WRONG. Any school affiliated through NACURH can submit
OTMs every month. And now with the new OTM Database, it's even easier
then before. With the summer winding down, it's time to get back in the
swing of OTMs and making sure to recognize those people doing great
things on your campuses. It's so easy too. The first thing to do is to
set up an OTM account in the database. This will take less then a
minute.

Go to the National NRHH Webpage:
www.nrhh.org
Then click on "OTM's"...Follow the directions for starting a new
account. That information will be sent to me and I will authorize your
account and send you an email letting you know that you are ready to
start submitting on line.

It's really that easy. From then on all you have to do is remember that
OTM's must be submitted to the Database by the 10th @ 11:59pm every
month. Mark this on your calendar because there is no way to have your
OTM's voted on if you submit after this time. In addition, make sure
that your school is only sending one OTM per category.

Well I hope that answers the long lost question of OTM submission. I
hope to see more accounts being started and more OTMs coming in for the
month of August. For those schools that are submitting OTMs and do not
have a NRHH Chapter, I would hope that you would get in touch with me
about starting a NRHH chapter on your campus. Having a chapter is a
great way to increase the programming and recognition of your residents
and offers a great chance to honor those student leaders that go above
and beyond. As the summer comes to an end, think about how NRHH can
improve your campus and shoot me an email. Thanks and I hope to hear
from you soon.
