[Pacurhnrhh] Updated NRHH Policy Book

Hey PACURH!

The NRHH Board updated the NRHH Policy Book at Semi-Annuals, but it is 
not updated on the NRHH website. I want to make sure that everyone 
receives it, so it is attached to this email. We will be going over the 
changes at the NRHH info session.

A lot of it was formatting, but one thing that you should know before 
coming to the conference is that to fully affiliate your chapter with 
NACURH you need to provide a copy of your constitution to the NIC *and* 
the AD of NRHH. I only received a handful before and after No Frills 
when I originally asked for them, but now you will have to submit them 
to affiliate.

Just print out an extra copy and bring it with you or you can email it 
to this address as well (which will be taken over by Brad Forkner at the 
close of NACURH as the incoming AD of NRHH).

Also, please remember that to receive your 15 free membership 
certificates from the NSRO you must affiliate at NACURH. This was not 
official policy as it only appeared in the ABCs of NRHH (a guide book 
and not binding), but the NRHH Board put it in the Policy Book to ensure 
that this service will be provided in the future.
