[Pacurhnrhh] January OTMs DUE TOMORROW (Please read about the new OTM)

Hey PACURH-

If you were not at No Frills this past weekend, believe me: you missed out.
PLease take a moment to Congratulate your NCC, NRHH President, RHA
President, Advisor, or their designee for a lot of hard work this weekend at
the University of Washington.  They represented each of you very well.

And with that, it's about time we keep the PACURH energy rolling with
OTMs!!!  We all just got back from Winter Break and have done a lot of
welcome-back programs or had people shine in their own way.  PLease make
sure those OTMs are submitted to the Regional Level by TOMORROW FEBRUARY
10th!

A new OTM to PACURH is also launching for January: Passive Program OTM.
This OTM can be as obvious as a Bulletin Board and as innovative as...
something beyond my imagination.  The "Passivity" is determined by your
school, so (technically) anything could be submitted, but please try to keep
it within reason.

Here's the catch, PACURH.  Until we have the new OTM database up-and-running
(around NACURH), we currently do not have a "Passive Program" category.
What I have decided is that all passive program OTMs must be submitted as
"Bulletin Board" OTMs.  Although the name does not represent the diversity
of this category, this is how we can still recognize that work.

I have set up the regional level to accept those OTMs, and now the CAMPUS
ADMINISTRATORs must do so as well for the local level.  This is very
simple.  The Campus Admin needs to login, click on the "Campus Info" link,
and check the box that says bulletin board.  After that, your chapter should
be good-to-go.

I know there may be issues with it this month, especially as close as we are
to the deadline.  Unfortunately some well-deserving candidates may not be
submitting correctly or on-time.  But please communicate these issues with
me so that we can smooth things out for future months.
