APHA Abstract submission: Keyword and where to submit

The APHA abstract submission deadline time starts today as you know.
I will ask the folks at APHA to add the phrase "public health
informatics" or at least "informatics" to their list of keywords if they
haven't already done so. You might consider using that phrase in your
abstracts.
I would suggest you submit your abstracts to the appropriate Section,
SPIG or Caucus since we do not yet have one. If your paper is technology
dependent; i.e., you require a T1 line, special equipment such as a VCR
or large-screen TV, please consider checking off the "Want to present in
the Technology Theater" box.
