We talked about organizing a section or special interest group.  I spoke
with Dr. Akhter at a meeting last week and he said for the SIGS we would
need to submit a letter and a list of potential members.  I'm not sure if it
is too late for this year (deadline came early) but I would write the letter
if we could get names.  If you are interested, lets start generating this
list of names.
