ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSITION OPENING
POSITION: Interviewer
This is a temporary position lasting one week or less
Thirty positions are available

TITLE: Interviewer, Immunization Assessment Capacity Building Project
(IACBP)
DIVISION: Health Statistics and Assessment
SALARY: $10.00 per hour

HOURS: Interviewers will need to be available for 1 week, starting
Thursday, 9/10/98 and Friday, 9/11/98 for training; and for conducting
the survey starting Sat. 9/12/98 through Wed. 9/16/98. Depending on how
the actual survey progresses, interviewers may not be needed for the
entire week. ALL interviewers MUST be available and attend the two full
days of training in order to be able to conduct the surveys.

POSITION DUTIES: Position description attached

BENEFITS: Snohomish Health District will only be providing Social
Security and Industrial Insurance for this position.
