Friends:

When someone posts a message to the list saying she's got a great report
that she'll mail or email to you, PLEASE send the reply to HER and not to
this list. If you are uncertain if you are replying to the list (PHNURSES)
or to her, just look at the To: field. If it has the person's name, that's
where it will go. If you have the option of replying to the whole list,
decline it. 

Thanks. Don't worry about it if you've made this mistake. Even listowners
occasionally make mistakes - and they're supposed to know better!
