Employee health nurses

I am currently investigating the potential role of an employee 
health nurse for our state health dept. central-office staff of 
2000+. Do any of you have employee health nurses at your health 
depts? If so, please contact me. I would like to explore job 
justification & development, job descriptions, standards, policies,
