Those are great ideas for meetings!

At the risk of being trivial - if anyone else is annoyed by that
animated
paper clip that comes up in Microsoft Office programs and hangs there
obsequiously asking if you want help writing a letter.....well you can
change it to something more friendly, like a cat, a dog, Einstein, or
some
other graphics.  Just click on help, show office assistant, then click
on
the office assistant, then gallery, and pick the one you want.  I find
that
I relate much more easily to a dog than a talking paper clip.....
