September 20, 2002 - Cutoff for conference pre-registration. 

October 4, 2002 - Cut off for hotel pre-registration - after October 4,
hotel reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis and
our special room rate may no longer be available.

October 4, 2002 - Special Dietary Restrictions - if you have any dietary
restrictions please notify the conference secretariat before October 4.
