Our 2009 ACHNE Annual Meeting will be a time of excitement and professional
renewal as we come together to share our work and findings from the past
year. ACHNE invites you to share your work, insights, research, and
interests. The program objectives are to:

1. Provide examples of a variety of roles for generalist and specialist
C/PHNs.
2. Summarize research and evaluation findings related to C/PHN practice
outcomes.
3. Demonstrate methods to measure outcomes for C/PHN practice.
4. Compare and contrast the effectiveness of C/PHN practice across
multiple community settings.
5. Identify innovative strategies to communicate to policymakers and the
public the role and value of C/PHN.

We invite you to plan now to attend and to bring your practice and academic
colleagues as well as students to the 2009 Annual Meeting. We will consider
all formats for exploration and discussion of any issue related to C/PHN
education, practice and research.

Submit abstracts for concurrent session presentation, poster, or symposium
for review. Authors must be members of ACHNE and be registered for the
Annual Meeting at the time of presentation. We look forward to hearing from
you!
