The Omaha System International Conference: A Key to Practice,
Documentation, and Information Management will be held April 16-18, 2009 in
Eagan, Minnesota. A preconference will be held on April 16; speakers,
poster presenters, and exhibitors are scheduled for April 17-18. The due
date for poster abstracts is January 30, 2009.

“Partnerships” is the theme of the conference. Multidisciplinary speakers
and poster presenters will share their experiences using the Omaha System
at diverse national and global practice, education and research sites. This
conference offers innumerable opportunities for attendees to gain knowledge
to support implementation of best practices/evidence-based practice,
organize and standardize documentation, measure outcomes, and successfully
address future multidisciplinary information technology challenges.

This conference is presented by Martin Associates and the school host is
the University of Minnesota School of Nursing. For additional information,
visit the Web site www.omahasystem.org/conference.htm or send an e-mail to
LuAnn Rice at luann at togevents.com.

Please share this message with your colleagues!

Thank you,
Judy Riemer, RN, PHN, MS
