Subject: Nutrition and aging

I'm looking for a few good (comprehensive or topic-specific) references on
Nutrition and aging, either about single nutrients or total diets, that
affect the aging process, ie cellular changes.  Does anyone working in this
field have current references, or unpublished recent research that is
on-going???
