Would you have any information as to where to obtain Modified Citrus 
Pectin, also know as MCP (Pecta-Sol or Pecta-Sol Plus). Have searched 
local health food stores but their inventories not very extensive.

Also, any information on health benefits/negatives will be appreciated.
