Dr. Laura Pawlak has offered a series of workshops through BIO-MED. THe only
one that I've been involved in was interesting...she has published a booklet,
a 21st Century Weight Management Program called, Appetite --- The Brain
Body Connection.

I think,though,that there are still lots of unknowns.Eating naturally is such a
complex challenge!
