financial benefits of nutrition ed.

Please post any information to the list -- it could help many of us in our
proposals to insurance companies/carriers/fiscal intermediaries, etc.
Nutrition ed programs are a good way to reach many people at once, but it's
difficult to prove cost-effectiveness.
