lipoic acid

[Kathrynne Holden, MS,RD]

Does anyone have experience with lipoic acid/alpha lipoic acid? I
understand there are some good studies with regard to neurodegeneration.
I believe the stuff is sold in health food stores, and would like to
know whether anyone is aware of any useful potential. Thanks in advance
