LONG>Russian Food and Nutrition

I wanted to thank Laura for the detailed description of food availability
noted in Russia during her recent trip. As a student in pursuit of a
master's degree in nutrition and public health with a global focus, I am
always interested in ideas about food and nutrition in different nations
and accessibility of "services" pertaining to both. If any other members
of the list would like to share experiences, please do!

I would like to act Laura if she could describe the perception of
"nutrition" of the Russian people. In my experience, citizens of other
nations may consider it very differently than do those of us in the U.S.,
it at all.
