I would like to develop a bibiliography of text books suitable for a graduate
level course in Nutritional Epidemiology - besides Walter Willett's text
published by Oxford University Press. If you have a list or individual
reference, please send it along.

It would also be helpful if anyone was willing to share their syllabus for
their own graduate level course in Nutritional Epidemiology.
