Hi Carol, the quoted message from you was back in April (10th). I
noticed your name did not show up on the cost effectivenss training list
for the Washington, DC meeting in June. (the one sponsored by MCH and
put on by Marian Baer's group). Were you still interested in attending
or at least coordinating efforts? It would be great.
