I have 3 tips for you to use with my permission to publish them.

Make quick breads or muffins with carrots or zucchini. Also use applesause
to replace 1/2 of the oil called for in the recipe.

Double or triple the amount of vegetables called for in a recipe.

Add chick peas or any other bean to your salad.
