Name calling is not allowed

Apologies to the group for an unfortunate posting from one of our members. 
I have written a stiff note to the poster reminding him/her that
professionals on this list are here to help one another and share
information and that name calling is definitely unacceptable behavior. 

Apologies to the student, too. Perhaps calling CDC for additional
information is not appropriate in this case. In the process of gathering
information, some seekers choose to search indirectly. This is also
acceptable practice. If I didn't know so many wonderful folks at CDC, I
might be intimidated about calling them too. 

Please be tolerant when students ask questions. We are here to mentor as
well as share information.
