Supermarket tour tips wanted

Hi to all:

If you ever do supermarket tours, I would like to hear your tips for getting a
lot of information across in a short amount of time, examples you use to get
the healthy message across and food trends you have seen over the past year.

If you don't do supermarket tours but counsel/teach people how to shop healthy,
I'd love to hear your tips.

Label examples of specific products would be good too.
