skinfold calipers

Greetings-- I am trying to find a company that sells Harpenden or 
Lange skinfold calipers-- Cambridge Scientific Instruments in 
Cambridge, MD used to sell them, but directory assistance could not 
provide me with a phone number-- does anyone know where I can 
purchase these calipers and if possible, provide a contact number?-- 
-- also-- what sort of tape measures do people in practice use for 
waist /thigh circumference?
