Here is a book which might be of interest to you. Victoria Ertelt is a
library school student here at the University of Washington. I asked her
to practice her abstracting skills for you and am now passing on the
result:

A book has been published recently that may be of interest to members of
this list. It is "Nutritional Concerns of Women", edited by Ira Wolinsky
and Dorothy Klimis-Tavantzis, and published by CRC Press. It has 16
chapters written by different authors, including Women's Health &
