You can get citations to articles via a MEDLINE search, but be sure to go
back a few years with your search. This was a popular topic late 80's early
nineties. I know because it was the sample question in the national
workbook for teaching Grateful Med (at least in the one we used in the
Midwest). Your question brought back fond memories of doing Grateful Med
demonstrations/workshops throughout rural northern Wisconsin... as time went
by, search retrieved fewer and fewer articles (current file of MEDLINE is
now 1994- ) Not all topics are covered by the current research literature.

Search strategy; Fibrocystic Disease of Breast AND Explode Caffeine (adds
terms coffee and tea to search)

If you don't know how to access MEDLINE via the Web or Grateful Med, check
this site:

Dr. Felix's Free MEDLINE at http://195.152.9.7:80/drfelix/

You can also search CINAHL for the nursing/allied health literature not in
MEDLINE - if not available at your library, try CINAHLdirect at
http://www.cinahl.com

Also, check the sites listed in the CINAHLsources section - a free resource.
Let me know if you have any really good nutrition/dietetic sites to add -
it's my project for Cinahl. (I joined this list as a friend of Laura's, and
for leads to nutrition information on the web, as Cinahl includes nutrition
in its allied health coverage)
