Mannatech again

You have to send a copy of your professional registration/license?  I
wouldn't send that to anyone.  Letterhead should be enough for any
industry rep.  I'd be afraid that they wanted to use one's name and
credentials in their adverts -- I'm more than a bit leery about this
type of marketing ploy.
